Rob Veronovici
Treasurer
Rob Veronovici is a Business Advisory Services Manager leading accounting teams at Alberta Health Services. Rob has graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce and has obtained his professional accounting designation. Through his work with Alberta Health Services he supports the operations at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, University of Alberta Hospital, Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute and Kaye Edmonton Clinic.
Rob joined the GO Community Centre Board of Directors in 2013 and currently serves as the Treasurer for the board. Rob represents the Edmonton Grads Basketball Center on the board; he currently holds the position of Board President with the Grads. He has been involved with the Edmonton Grads Basketball Centre since 2002 to help to increase the availability of basketball to adults and youth in the community. Through his involvement with Edmonton Grads Rob was able to watch the construction of the Saville Community Sports Centre West, and has seen what this facility has brought to the sport of basketball and the Edmonton community.
Rob is a long-time volunteer in the city serving on various boards with the goal of supporting organizations that further education, sports and businesses in the city. Rob is still highly involved with basketball in the community by coaching various 4A high school teams as well as playing himself.
